I hadn't been is yrs! I heard it is great again under new ownership. yes, it is clean, service friendly....but it took over 20 min for my order. I ordered the western burger, fries and a BANANA milkshake! the fries were a little on the skimpy portion for the cost, burger was EXCELLENT, and my shake unfortunately was not banana. I have never had one and was excited to try it. that being said I was disappointed in that. unfortunately I had already gone home so, I couldn't have them fix it. maybe next time!

Giant Burger is back !! The food is excellent and the staff is friendly and smiling. I’ve had the Garden, Western, Swiss Burgers AND the Chicken Sando, with Onion Ring and French Fries. No not all at once, but everything I ordered was hot and really tasty. The sodas are self serve👍. The last time we were in the cashier said the order would take 20 minutes. Perfect, he managed my expectations. We chose to stay, have multiple cokes and enjoy another great meal. Get in here for great food ! 💜

Had some Amazing burgers and fries. Stopped on our way back from Bear Valley and the staff was Super Friendly and restaurant was clean even had a few tables outside. If you find your way up there stop and try anything on the menu and they have lots of choices even milkshakes and cone ice cream soft serve.

17.50 for a "Baby" burger and overcooked onion rings seemed a bit high. And while I understand and appreciate all the food is made fresh, 25 minutes is too long. On the positive side, staff was very friendly. I've been coming to Arnold for 41 years, first time eating here, probably the last.

We tried giant burger during a work trip and loved it ! The burgers were juicy, had great toppings and tasted amazing. The fries were extra crispy and had an excellent texture. One of us had the mushroom Swiss and enjoyed the flavor however said the burger tasted a little burnt. My group got two westerns and they said they were terrific. I had the pretzel burger and the bun was out of this world! This place is a little pricey however it is as to be expected in such touristy location. The milkshakes were average and cost 8.50. We overall enjoyed our experience and will come back here !
